Celebrities rocking in the new year on Miami Beach!!

Macy Grey welcomed the new year at the Satai Hotel in SoBe, while at the Shore Cub rapper Ron Browz and artist Pras of the Fugees brought in the new year with their incredible performances. The Delano’s Florida Room hip-hopped into 2009 as The Roots entertained the crowd while Janelle Monáe belted out her tunes poolside. Mansion, as usual put on quite a party. Guest stars Lindsay Lohan and DJ Samantha Ronson hosted the jungle themed bash, kitted out with flying lizards and body painted dancers. However to spite the star power that flooded the beach on New Years eve, by far my favorite was John Legend who performed in the intimate setting of Privé Lounge. What a way to bring in the new year!
