For those of you living under a rock - Jan 20th, 2009 goes down as a historic day in US history. But enough about the politics, it was also a historic day for celebrity sightings, superstar performances and beautiful ballroom gowns!
The Obamas party-hopped their way through DC including brief stops at 10 inaugural balls. The First Lady was stunning in her one-strap white dress designed by up-and-coming 26-year-old designer Jason Wu.
One of the highlights of the historic evening was certainly Beyonce's heartfelt performance of "At Last", as she serenaded President Obama and his lovely wife on the dance floor.
Other performances at the first ever Neighborhood Ball for the general public included Stevie Wonder, Sting, Faith Hill, Maroon 5, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon.
John Bon Jovi highlighted the Armed Services Ball. What a night!!!
